Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS POLICY
DAWN TILL DUSK WILL ACCEPT PRODUCT RETURNS ONLY IN THE EVENT OF A MANUFACTURERS FAULT WITH THE PRODUCT AND WILL ADVISE DEPENDING ON THE FAULT WHICH OPTION WILL BE AVAILBLE CREDIT, REFUND, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PART AS REQUIRED WHERE:
1)The product is faulty.
2)You have contacted us by email within 7 days of receiving your item to advise us of the problem/fault so we can discuss your options.
3) Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories as received.
4) Item(s) must be returned via a trackable shipping method and must be insured with delivery confirmation to receive a refund or store credit.
6) All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer).
7) Returned items eligible for a refund or store credit will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only. We do not refund shipping costs or curb side pickup costs.
8) Please note some Halloween animatronics /decorations will require a step-down transformer/converter 240V to 110V not included with your item. Please refer to your specific item description on our website www.dawntillduskcollectables.com.au . or contact us direct to seek further advise Email dawntillduskaus@gmail.com. Please ensure that the step-down transformer that you purchase for you item complies with the Australian standards. We recommend you purchase from a reputable business such as (BUNNINGS, HARVEY NORMAN, Jayar). As we do not recommend purchasing from online platforms like Ebay, amazon, AliExpress. We will not be held responsible if your product does work due purchasing the incorrect voltage supply.

WE WILL NOT COVER WHERE:
1) THE ITEM HAS BEEN ONSOLD TO A THIRD PARTY
2) SHIPPED OUT TO A THIRD PARTY
3) OUR RETURNS AND WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER ANY THIRD-PARTY INVOLVEMENT WE ONLY COVER TO OUR END BUYER.
4) WHERE THE ITEM HAS BEEN USED AND IS OVER THE 7 DAYS FROM PICKUP OR DELIVERY.
5) WHERE THE ITEM WAS USED INCORRECTLY, NOT PUT TOGETHER AS PER INSTRUCTION , MANUAL HANDLING OR CUSTOMER HAS USED THE INCORRECT POWER SUPPLY AND HAS SHORTED THE PRODUCT.
At Dawn Till Dusk Collectables, we pride ourselves on offering unique, seasonal, and hard-to-find pieces for collectors and enthusiasts. Many of our items are brought in specifically for our customers, and our policies reflect the care and planning that goes into every order.
Change of Mind
As per ACCC guidelines, we are not required to offer a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please choose carefully before finalising your order.
Proof of Purchase
You must retain your proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or confirmation email). Unfortunately, we cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges without it.
Testing Period for Faults
If you believe your item has a major fault, you must notify us via email at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving your order. We offer a 7-day testing period so you can ensure your item functions as expected.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must:

If an item is returned damaged, missing components, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to decline the refund or return.
Special Orders & Paid-in-Full Purchases
Due to the nature of our business, many of our items are custom-ordered, limited edition, or sourced specifically per customer request.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on any items that have been paid for in full, especially when:

Once full payment is made, your order is confirmed and committed. These items are not mass-produced or held in large quantities—they are brought in just for you.
